Acceptance
By accessing vspoke.io or engaging Vspoke for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate written agreement for each engagement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing Vspoke tooling and third-party components.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and sign mutual NDAs on request.
Liability
Vspoke's liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
